Exact OLS search is now case sensitive (EBISPOT/ols4#1309), which means it rarely returns results as we always lowercase trait names and in general can't predict the casing of ontology labels and synonyms.
Switching to inexact search, as in this PR, doesn't affect automated results, but there are more curation candidates including some that seem unrelated (EBISPOT/ols4#1308). See the test spreadsheet.
