kyc.screen unit test pins placeholder recall-agreement TODO text #1388

Context

Follow-up from #1271

The new screen suite asserts against the existing placeholder copy for the recall-agreement step. That pins a TODO string as expected behaviour and will break for the wrong reason when the real agreement text lands.

Evidence

• src/__tests__/kyc.screen.test.tsx:1710 — expect(await screen.findByText(/TODO: recall agreement text/)).toBeInTheDocument()

Suggested direction

Locate the step by a stable control (the agreement checkbox, the Next button, or a test id) instead of the placeholder sentence.

Acceptance

• The RecallAgreement test still proves the submit path
• It no longer matches /TODO: recall agreement text/
