[bug] MEI mapping errors in Hufnagel #295

I ran the same test I did for square notation with Hufnagel this time and found that all but two glyphs are working perfectly. Interestingly, accidental.flat and accidental.natural are both showing up fine! Here are the two culprits:

The neume.podatus2 looks like this (the width isn't being taken into consideration):
