Pins the analysis engine to the published codeboarding 0.14.5 release, replacing 0.14.4.
Updates the action.yml install pin, supported-providers.json engine version, and README references. Adds the Requesty provider introduced by CodeBoarding/CodeBoarding#609: llm: requesty, requesty_api_key, and optional requesty_base_url. A Requesty endpoint alone does not authorize a run; its API key is required. Existing credential isolation also strips inherited Requesty variables when they are not selected inputs.
Engine 0.14.5 includes failure propagation and baseline restoration (#610), incremental callback preservation (#613), corrected auth-error classification (#614), context budgeting (#617), empty-analysis diagnostics (#616), and Requesty (#609).
Verification:
Merge before release PR #130, which targets Action 1.15.3.
