HTTP -> HTTPS certificate check #7

Since the hostnames for the API gateway and service being forwarded to do not match, the built in SSL certificate check does not working, requiring https://github.com/CityOfPhiladelphia/api-gateway/blob/master/gateway/gateway.js#L83 . For best security, the certificate should still be checked. Way around this? PR to node-proxy? Do a preflight check using node SSL lib?
