Link that would return info about the current link resolver

It would be nice if, given a specific link (maybe it should be opt-in), the health check for the resolver was returned. Something like https://resolver/health or w/e would return Resolver version: v1.2.3. Uptime: 1h30m. Hoster: CoolMan
