Closes #13

Summary

  • requires clean, complete Git history for release validation
  • requires signed annotated version tags that verify against the tracked Ed25519 public key and resolve exactly to the released commit
  • keeps ordinary shallow-clone contributor validation useful with explicit partial-history reporting
  • adds the v1.0.2 changelog, governance baseline, citation metadata, release record, and exact-candidate review records
  • preserves v1.0.1 unchanged and makes no canonical framework-meaning change

Only the public signing key is tracked. The dedicated private key remains outside the repository with restrictive local permissions.

Signing-key fingerprint: SHA256:EKmFG8TU58Rz+2TGF/Wu4N3PmLu2+zcNFhhKhvI9k3Q

Verification

  • bash scripts/validate-release.sh
  • repository checks: 37 required files, 59 Markdown documents, 119 local links and anchors, 28 review records, 210 historical citations, and 36 public-history commits
  • Mermaid rendering: 8/8
  • depth-1 contributor validation passes with explicit partial-history reporting
  • depth-1 release validation fails with actionable unshallow guidance
  • temporary signed-tag verification passed against the tracked key
  • independent standards review: GO, zero findings at 2778d4da992082937c1986f2b4cd62ddd3ce33c6
  • independent issue-requirements review: GO, zero findings at the same commit

Merge and release note

Use a merge commit so the exact reviewed commit remains reachable. After the PR and merged-main workflows pass, create signed annotated tag v1.0.2 at the merge commit, verify it locally and through GitHub, then publish the release.
