Merge pull request #31 from ATaylorAerospace
Lint (ruff): remove unused imports across backend and tests, including the harness telemetry module's unused SpanExportResult. Frontend (tsc/build): drop unnecessary React imports (modern JSX transform), remove unused vars/types (AnalysisState, comparisons, TraceEntry), wrap unknown is_synthetic in Boolean() for ReactNode, and wire ACCEPTED_TYPES into upload validation. Add package-lock.json. README: document the Financial-Guardrail & Telemetry Harness — new architecture block, capabilities, dedicated section with component table and config env vars, Phoenix docker-compose usage, budget/ guardrail API endpoints, and tech-stack rows. https://claude.ai/code/session_016EaoZrc2jxt1SNHipXbCpM
