Add IfUrl Regex option #31

Currently one cannot filter for a url ending with a specific string, like IfUrl='/test/work'
This will also be matched on this url: '/test/work/mywork'

In theory IfUrl='/test/work$' could work but it doesn't because the regex string gets encoded:

Changing that would be a breaking change, but maybe there's a way around that..
