Adds Cloady to app hosting and both tables of contents, in alphabetical order.
The entry documents the shared free workspace allocation (0.5 vCPU, 1 GB RAM, 5 GB SSD and 200 GB monthly traffic), mandatory phone verification, optional paid backups, and the important billing boundary: exceeding a free-tier threshold makes the whole allocated configuration billable. No credit card is required within the free tier.
