FiatPickeralways renders onAccountActivityChart(profile, member, and view cards), including the emptyprofile.chartEmptystate. Populated charts keep a separate ₿ | selected-fiat scale. Default fiat follows locale at mount (de→ CHF). Null CHF/EUR/PHP stay 0 for scale and show an em dash tick when the whole series is unsummable.
