Happening to me too when trying to get the new 7.41 icons.
When it's done, all old icons are good, but no new ones appear.

I think this seems to be related to some game files being too large:

• ffxiv\020000.win32.dat0 -> 6.16 GB
• ffxiv\040000.win32 -> 11.1 GB
• ex5\020501.win32 -> 4.5 GB

In the tool, the Offset field in IIndexFile is defined as a uint, which means it can only handle files up to 4 GB in size.
Larger files cause the correct Offset to be truncated, resulting in a negative value.
Changing it to long should fix the issue.

Actually, I’m not very good at modifying projects that are this complex, so I completed the changes with the help of AI.
I’m not sure whether there are still some issues I haven’t noticed, but at least in my local testing, it’s already able to open some new resources.
