We have Uploading Error from Arduino IDE (CH32X033 F8P6 CHIP)

I am an Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) student studying at Chalapathi Institute of Technology. I am currently working with the CH32X033F8P6 microcontroller board. I have a CH32X033F8P6 development board, a USB connector, Arduino IDE, and the required CH32 driver installed on my computer.

I am trying to upload a program to the CH32X033F8P6 board using the Arduino IDE. However, I am encountering errors during the upload process. When I connect the board to my computer through the USB port, the port is not detected by the Arduino IDE, and I am unable to upload the code.

Could you please help me identify the possible causes of this issue and suggest the necessary steps to resolve it? I would appreciate your guidance regarding the errors and the correct procedure for setting up and programming the board.

As mentioned here you need to plug usb in while having the programming button pushed to enter boot mode.

Do you have WCH-ISP in your Arduino IDE as programming method?
Upload method WCH-ISP was implemented in this PR. That PR was merged into the main branch, but as many other merges it is not in the latest release 1.0.4.
