Moving Integrations NestJS controller and the integrations lib to a micro-service

We want to work on micro-service pattern so we want to move the Integrations controller & Integrations lib to it's own micro-service

Still missing from this PR

• Add Swagger documentation decorator to the controller
• Create tests
• Add local Proxy to serve /api/integrations to this microserver (http:l// ocalhost:3336`)
• Create swimm docs
• Add infrastructure draw to documentation
• Create Docker file - to turn this microservice into docker image
• Add K3S/Helm chart file for this microservice
