invent stub v8 and finally make it bug-free

While the potential of v7 is
still being explored (see #78 ),
its quite buggy. With autotests
I'll get it to work, but something
else must be invented.
Instead of shuffling offsets
based on weird dyn flag, the
table must be added for looking
up every overlay type. This
will likely completely remove
the need of looking up the
actual payload in a file, and
will also vacate at least 2
flags: STFLG2_DJ32 and
STFLG2_C32PL. I suppose in
this case the loader can be
written correctly from 1st
attempt.
