Token elevation

I am attempting to follow the material design guidelines here: https://www.google.com/design/spec/components/chips.html#chips-contact-chips, which specify that a selected chip should have an elevation applied to it. I can't seem to make that happen with tokens. Any way to make this happen?

You should be able to do this by following the directions for custom views (https://github.com/splitwise/TokenAutoComplete#example-custom-view) and applying the style change to the view in setSelected for the token view. I haven't done this myself yet though.

So doing an elevation in the tokens won't work at the moment. I'll need to make this MD compatible sometime soon before this will work.
