Workflow has no runs

Hey,

I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong or how to trouble shoot this, but it looks like the workflow didn't run? I've attached an image of the yml file and that the workflow didn't run. https://github.com/feliciapedwards/skills-hello-github-actions/blob/main/.github/workflows/welcome.yml
