Add recently used section to the emoji keyboard

Description

In #620 we're adding an emoji keyboard to Scribe-Android. One thing that's missing is the recently used section that would populate emojis that the user often uses. We could add this functionality and section above the first section of emojis as well as a "Recently Used" header to each of the *InterfaceVariables.kt files for each of the languages.
