[Featuer Request] Campaigns Table

Create Table With list of campaigns with setting for what queue/campaign and campaign type ie: predictive or broadcast, and Campaign Caller ID
this will allow more flexibility in the types of calls we can run

Also, provide mechanism for over all dial level and campaign dial levels

examples:
Max Over All Dial Level 300
Campaign 1: Type: Predictive Max Channels: 50 Dial Ratio: 2.0
Campaign 2: Type: Predictive Max Channels: 100 Dial Ratio: 10.0
Campaign 3: Type: Broadcast Max Channels: 150 Dial Ratio: N/A
Campaign 4: Type: Broadcast Max Channels: 50 Dial Ratio: N/A

With individual Campaign Dial Level Sliders
