MS Teams notifications fails with RequestEntityTooLarge

Describe the bug

Some Notifications get eaten by the error RequestEntityTooLarge.

We use completely default notifications with the MS Teams sink.

Sometimes notifications fail because they are too large. I assume it's, e.g., the number of pod events that exceed the size limit.

I added some example screenshots below that AI reconstructed of the broken payload.

Expected behavior
The notification should be shrinked / cut to a fitting size.

I'd like to work on this. Root cause looks like MsTeamsMsg only enforces its 20KB budget on text-file attachments, while the card body itself (markdown blocks, tables, diffs) is never trimmed — so large findings can still exceed the webhook payload limit. I'll add body-size trimming before send.
