add the swift code snippet in the fabric native component section #4897

Closed as not planned

Description

@divyanshu-patil

Description

the current documentation lacks the swift code for Fabric native component
the example shows java and kotlin as option for android but lacks the swift and obj c code demo for same example for ios

What is the problem?

the documentation should add the swift implementation of the fabric native component as many dev who knows swift but lacks knowledge of the obj c may get confused

How can we address it?

add the swift option in the fabric native component section
link: https://reactnative.dev/docs/fabric-native-components-introduction

Why is it important?

it will help developers to understand swift implementation of code

Who needs this?

new learners and swift coders

When should this happen (use version numbers if needed)?

we can implement this any version that support new fabric native component

    ✅ Issue Resolved

I've implemented Swift code snippets for the Fabric native component iOS documentation as requested.

    Changes Made:

    • Added Swift code examples alongside existing Objective-C code using tabbed interface
    • Implemented complete Swift version of RCTWebView class with modern Swift patterns
    • Maintained consistency with Android documentation structure (Java/Kotlin tabs)

    Files Modified:

    • docs/fabric-native-components-ios.md

This enhancement provides Swift developers with clear, idiomatic examples for implementing Fabric native components without requiring Objective-C knowledge.
