Rename project to "cookiecutter"?

Since it is under the python-docs-translations organisation, it is a tad repetitive, what do you think?

I'd add a small vote to keep python-docs-cookiecutter just for an easier git clone purpose: It would feel weird to have a cookiecutter repo after cloning.
