Creating a new project should auto-navigate to the new conversation

Summary

When creating a new project, the UI should automatically navigate to the new conversation window. Currently, it stays on the old conversation and the user has to manually click the new project to switch to it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new project from the current workspace.
2. Observe the active conversation window after creation.

Expected behavior

After creating a new project, the UI should automatically switch to the new project's conversation window so the user can start working immediately.

Actual behavior

The UI stays on the old conversation window. The user has to manually locate and click the new project in the sidebar to navigate to it.
