I don't know of any such library in MicroPython but it's a pretty neat concept! |

For a more conventional GUI, micro-gui and micropython-touch support nested menus. |

I'm looking for display menu system based on classical " add item / add submenu approach - just like in
https://lcdmenu.forntoh.dev/index.html but in micropython.
Some time ago i created my own menu system based on defining menu structure in dictionary like:
menu_1 = [ {'name': 'Gen1', 'id':10, 'params': [ {'atr': 'Param1','val': 0.0}, {'atr': 'Param2','val': 1.0,'cb':'Param2_chage'}, # we will be editing/saving value 'on-line' {'atr': 'Param3','val': 1}, {'atr': 'Param4','val': False}, {'atr': 'CFG','val':[ # 'CFG' is special keyword for sub-menu configuration actions {'atr': 'Asel','val': False}, {'atr': 'Bsel','val': False}, {'atr': 'Csel','val': False}, ]}, ....and one menu class which support all actions defined in dictionary with additional multi (passive) views - it works great for my projects but now i would like to compare both approaches it against: universality (scalability) , user friendly implementation and code length.
