Debian Trixie Flavors (build-from-upstream)

Debian Trixie is the new Debian stable, thus we should have trixie flavors. That includes for trixie-buildpack if available.

As this is a build-from-upstream image, this is blocked by upstream supporting these packages.

@neomantra would you consider a PR (#287) that adds Trixie Dockerfiles but still uses the Bookworm deb package version, as a temporary fix, until the next version is released?

Hello, I hadn't considered that path, thank you for suggesting it. I think it does make sense if it installs and works OK. I'll look at this today.

Also note I'm having issues with Travis. Looking to get it resolved.

OpenResty does not support trixie yet. But it will come soon.

Great, I had let this lay to focus on GitHub Actions. Also, our build matrix was already large. I'll update this packaging once the upstream release completes.

I'm not going to adopt #287, but leaving it open for now so others may find it and self-serve.
