[ODOO 19] [Docker] - Apps don't appear on homepage after installing

Hello, I am using the official odoo:19.0-20251008 image from dockerhub, and I noticed that when I try to install an application from Apps list, they do not appear on the Homepage. The Homepage just displays "Apps" and "Settings" at all times.

I even gave Odoo Support access to my application and they told me to create an issue here. I hope the situation can be resolved. I had the same issue with the 20250930 version also.

I am also attaching the logs if they might help somehow.
