moveit2_tutorial is not compatible with ROS `rolling`

moveit2 tutorial for ROS rolling distro might have not been getting a focused effort to build and execute, although rolling has been there for awhile (unlike Lyrical #1116 that was released this year 2026).

Since the upstream moveit2 has an issue that needs to be resolved (e.g. brought up in the recent community meeting, buildfarm failing moveit/moveit2#3603), addressing issues in the upstream might be priority?
