DocumentDB Local running state not in sync

Stopping DocumentDB Local from outside the extension (i.e. directly in docker) is not recognised by the extension:

It still thinks it's running and connection then fails:

I would expect it to validate the image status upon connection or at least recover from connection failure by suggesting to start the image again.

Also when selecting the "Stop" button with the image already having been stopped I get the following notification:

I'm not sure why that is needed, feels like additional distraction, it should just refresh the status without notification.
