Display required MongoDB Atlas API key permissions and project configuration guidance when low permission exists.

When only organization-member permission is enabled, we’re seeing the error below from Mongo Atlas. We should display a message explaining which permissions are required and how to configure projects for the API key.

BChoudhury-ms good catch! Please explore: can we figure out the reason for the '0 projects returned' issue? If so, let's do it and show a more detailed explanation / error message.

Otherwise, we'd have to offer a user a full troubleshooter.. Do they have any projects at all? Do they want to grant a permission to access all projects (not really a 'best practice'), or do they want to grant access to a specific, existing, project...

This becomes a full help article that'd need to be maintained. It feels like it's out of scope for this extension. Please revisit documentation on Atlas, maybe they have an article that deals with this and project permissions.
