Suggestion: Add some method to refresh PCI-IDs

I oft see people who think their modern hardware isn't detected correctly due to an outdated PCI-ID database, and it's not obvious on how to fix this. It took me over a year to discover for myself that I had to execute sudo update-pciids to get something more reasonable to display.

Whether it be a button or just executed on launch, just having some way to quickly refresh the database would be a nice bit of QoL.

Can you show an example of why/where this is needed?

Where/when: systems using newer AMD GPUs (RX9000 currently).
Why: I frequently see cases of people thinking their GPUs aren't detected by the OS simply because the output of neofetch/Mintreport doesn't display the card name.

(And so they do silly things like installing AMDPro drivers, mess with kernel parameters, follow outdated tutorials, to fix something that isn't actually broken.)
