Support 16 KB Native Library Limit for Google Play Compliance

Starting November 2025, Google Play will reject APK/AABs with native libraries larger than 16 KB. Current builds exceed this limit, which will block app updates and releases. Please update the library to comply with this requirement.

1. Check plugin cache path similar like flutter_pub_cache\hosted\pub.dev
2. search the mobile_scanner-6.0.11 plugin which you have in pubpect file
3. delete it manually
4. flutter clean,flutter pub get , clean gradle,sync gradle
5. then build apk issue will resolved
