DiCE_getting_started_feasible notebook typo resulting in failure to render

docs/source/notebooks/DiCE_getting_started_feasible.ipynb doesn't render, neither in GitHub preview nor when opening in notebook. Problem is in the raw json file, the last few lines:

"nbformat": 4,
"nbformat_minor": 4,
}

just need to remove the comma at "nbformat_minor": 4, to "nbformat_minor": 4
and it'll render as expected.
