Antialias XeSS's underlying CNN network [Shift-Invariant CNNs]

Hello,

I don't have much knowledge but I came across a paper by Richard Zhang (https://richzhang.github.io/antialiased-cnns/).

Which lead me to alternative antialiasing papers. Another one was this here: https://proceedings.mlr.press/v222/ning24a/[ning24a.pdf](https://proceedings.mlr.press/v222/ning24a/ning24a.pdf)

In fact I don't know which network is used exactly but if it is a CNN-based network this might be a good way to stabilize the model even more.

I hope this is of great use for you, @mike-intel! Unfortunately the other link is broken. This might be the better paper which also gave different comparisons to superior methods.

I like the work Intel is doing for Non-Intel users regarding XeSS 2.1 that is why I wanted to contribute a little bit :)
