The sliding problem of Copilot CLI

Describe the bug

When I use Copilot CLI in Idea, I find that the output content slides up and down very unfriendly, and the content in the input box also slides along. In addition, after sliding to the bottom of the latest output content, there will be automatic online sliding, and I can never understand the bottom content.
