ember-api-docs can not currently be run locally against ember-source or ember-data

This makes debugging any docs changes prior to release near impossible. I think we need to make ember-jsonapi-docs copy into the ember-api-docs/ember-api-docs-data directory to get it working again?

Hi! Sorry this isn’t clearer, we have loose ends to tie up from the git data project and that’s why the Readme instructions here don’t currently work. Our last release (and production) use the work in ember-learn/ember-jsonapi-docs#92 and that process in the branch’s readme ought to work locally for running the app.

That branch was launched, but merging is currently blocked due to needing to resolve some breaking merge conflicts. It’s on our team todos. Please post in dev ember learning on Discord as well if you run into problems with it.
