To use the facade of IOCP-python as epoll we need to insert the type of
monitoring of the fd,
So, you can easily port any project using epoll to python-iocp because the
interfaces of both (iocp and epoll) will share almost the same aspects.
by ending this task, the project can be considered ready for production.
