The transfer process HTTP binding endpoint description in the specification has a mistake. It links to Contract Negotiation instead of Transfer Process in the request description.

Expected Behavior

The highlighted section should say Transfer Process instead of Contract Negotiation.

Observed Behavior

The highlighted section says Contract Negotiation even though it's describing the endpoint for fetching details about an existing transfer process.
