Spec issue: `MessageOffer`

Bug Report

At https://eclipse-dataspace-protocol-base.github.io/DataspaceProtocol/2025-1-err1/#contract-request-message theoffer property is said to be of type MessageOffer. However at the Schema is conveyed that it is MessageOffer with the refinement that target and id are required.

At https://eclipse-dataspace-protocol-base.github.io/DataspaceProtocol/2025-1-err1/#contract-offer-message
offer is said to be of type any, again incorrect.

These inconsistencies need to be fixed at Schema level or at spec level ...
