Problem Upgrading from 10.3.1 to 10.3.3

Not sure why, but when I tried to upgrade DNN 10.3.1 to 10.3.3 it stays on the "Upgrading ..." screen and does nothing (See image).
Anything I can do to remedy this?

Are there any entries in the log files in Portals/_default/Logs?

I ran is again this morning. Attached is the log.

This appears to be related to the DLL files being locked, so they cannot be replaced. Often this is related to antivirus or other security software. Do you know if there is antivirus software monitoring the website folder? It may need to be disabled during upgrades.

I was able to install a fresh version of 10.3.3.
Not sure why I could not upgrade from early version.
