DNN 10.3.2 and HTML text style tags

I have a number of DNN websites that were upgraded to version 10.3.2 and now text inside style tags like or for example, look fine in the HTML module's editor, but look like plain text on the page.
Not sure what is causing that.

I've tried it on Aperture, Xcillion, and Mandeeps Porto. They all do the same thing. Try to right-click on it and click inspect so see what styles apply to it.

It seems to only be when using <em>. The <strong>, <u>, <s>, etc. tags works fine. It’s doing it on all websites no matter the CSS. @datafastlr you are correct, it looks like it is caused by the default.css being too invasive regarding fonts, I created an issue here: #7352
