No Upgrade Package button on DNN 10.2.2

I was trying to upgrade DNN Platform 10.2.2 to 10.3.2, However, I do not see the "Upgrade Package' link on Settings => Servers => System Info => Upgrades.

The upgrades do not show there automatically, you should download them from the releases here https://github.com/dnnsoftware/Dnn.Platform/releases

Then you upload either the _upgrade or _install zip file and upload it there.
Some versions had an issue with the upload button, if that is your case, you can upload the zip file to App_Data\Upgrade folder and then refresh that page and it should show up in the list.
