Extend gpredict by HTTP-based interface to rigs and rotators

Hi, do you think that you'd like the idea of implementing the usage of a new Hamlib REST API wrapper that I wrote? You can access up to 99 + 99 devices and use a very simple access method: HTTP requests, i.e.

http://localhost:8080/api/v1/rotators/2/position

It's super wasy to install and blazingly fast!

Hi @DL4OCE,

I don't think it is feasible for gpredict to use this API at this time since we already have a working TCP interface to rigctld and rotctld. Though it may be relevant if we decide to rewrite the interface code.
