This tooling is amazing. One thing I feel like is tideous currently from a maintainer ship perspective (especially with a lot of repos) is permissions.

Who has maintainer, admin, approver rights in general on the repo.

Peribolos from prow could be a nice thing, to also work with the .project as the place for configuration. https://docs.prow.k8s.io/docs/components/cli-tools/peribolos/

At OpenFeature we are already utilizing a self made version of this.

If here is interest into this, I am more than happy to contribute.
