How do I use FastFlix to convert animated heic files like this to other animated formats like gifs and apngs? https://nokiatech.github.io/heif/content/image_sequences/starfield_animation.heic

The available animated formats are GIF, Animated WebP, and Animated AVIF, once you select the source, next to it choose the desired format, choose your desired settings and then press convert.
