Please fix the kiro-cli so the user running can have a NFS Mounted home folder.

• I have searched github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues and there are no duplicates of my issue
• I have run q doctor in the affected terminal session
• I have run q restart and replicated the issue again

Operating system

Linux 4.18.0-553.111.1.el8_10.x86_64 - Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.10 (Ootpa)

Expected behaviour

If user that is trying to use the software has there home folder NFS Mounted the kiro-cli will error out. Can we get this fixed?

Actual behaviour

If your has NFS Mounted home folder the kiro-cli errors out with something like this.
error: No such file or directory (os error 2)

Steps to reproduce

Install kiro-cli with a user that their home folder is NFS Mounted.

Environment

Pretty sure any Linux Distro.
