grails-micronaut and grails-micronaut-bom 8.0.0 on Maven Central

[clausfod]

Hi,
When do you expect grails-micronaut and grails-micronaut-bom 8.0.0 to be ready on Maven Central :) ?

[jamesfredley]

I tried to start the grails-micronaut vote yesterday but ran into the following which must be resolved first:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-28547 - secrets: https://github.com/apache/grails-core/settings/secrets/actions vs https://github.com/apache/grails-micronaut/settings/secrets/actions
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-28548
apache/grails-micronaut#12

The 2nd JIRA ticket will manually set the default branch in gitbox, this PR will fix the UI on boxer to set default branches that start with a digit
apache/infrastructure-boxer#54

After that the 72 hour vote can start.

@clausfod we are looking for a real end user of grails-micronaut to maintain it. Most users have migrated to the nearly identical functionality provided by Spring Boot.

Thanks for input. We have migrated away from Micronaut with this information in mind.
