Cannot start application

After going through the docs presented in: https://angular-fullstack.github.io/get-started/
and https://angular-fullstack.github.io/get-started/installation/

and issuing the command: "gulp serve" I'm presented with this message.

Also from the terminal, I get this message:

During install i get these messages:

If someone could give me an advice to circumvent this I'm much obliged. Also, I'm new to the MEAN stack, so maybe there is a way to fix this in my machine.

In the older version:
$ npm install -g yo gulp-cli generator-angular-fullstack@4.2.3
everything works fine!
