Centos version 6.3 no longer available

Looking at the centos ftp url ftp://ftp.mirrorservice.org/sites/mirror.centos.org/6.3/readme you get the following recommendation.

"This directory (and version of CentOS) is depreciated. For normal users,
you should use /6/ and not /6.3/ in your path."

Pull request sent to the plugin project, for 6.5 support.
