ESP for note blocks with a specific pitch

I'm trying to make a custom ESP script that only detects note blocks with a specific pitch, like only C-pitch note blocks. I'm asking because the server I play on uses note blocks with specific pitches as custom ores, then changes their textures with a resource pack. How could I make an ESP script that detects only those specific note blocks?

Bounding box should be enabled, and then you disable it from the script:
