Add quick toggles for macro settings to copy window

It would be nice to be able to quickly toggle the macro generation settings from the copy window. I'd specifically like the macro notification and mlock but they could all be useful in that window. I usually want these options on but sometimes like to turn them off, especially when a craft is exactly 15 steps and could fit in a single macro if they were turned off. It's a little annoying to have to open the settings window, change the setting, then click the Copy Macro button again. I think quick toggles would be really helpful and more seemless.

Regardless, thanks for the awesome plugin, I don't enjoy crafting without macros but this makes it super easy to do without scouring guides for other people's. ❤️

That's a good suggestion, I'll add that.

By the way, if "Force Notification" is disabled, it actually does the same thing, but that only works for notification sounds, not /mlock.
